About the project

What is the PVR?

What is this?
An alternate plan for immediate relocation and placement until the first facility is constructed.

Contingency Plan

Our associates will be working alongside law enforcement as DV Responders, providing emotional support to victims. The contingency plan will then provide solitude and safety for the victims, allowing them time to regroup and gain control over their lives again.

This is a one-of-a-kind experience that NO OTHER organization is offering. Purple Velvet Rope is unmatched in it’s efforts to provide a safe haven for victims. However, the details must remain confidential to ensure the victims’s safety.

Where?
The Purple Velvet Rope – A Walk for Domestic Violence and abuse 2023 is the launch of efforts to build our first ‘House of Hope’ facility. The majority of monetary donations will go towards construction of said facility in Harvest, AL.

When?
The Purple Velvet Rope Walk is scheduled to take place on August 31st. 2023 from Huntsville, Alabama to Tallahassee, Florida. Along the way throughout 6 States and 20 cities, we will orchestrate balloon releases for victims, their families, survivors and anyone going through domestic violence now. Total walking/traveling distance will exceed over 2,000 miles.
